Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of LoopsShop, hereinafter referred to simply as LoopsShop , and, on the other hand, the LoopsShop customer, qualified at the time of purchase of LoopsShop products. hereinafter referred to simply as Client.
Considering that LoopsShop LoopsShop sells products and services online; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by LoopsShop (“Products”) through its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general terms and conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by the customer of the LoopsShop website.
I. Confidentiality: LoopsShop is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website's security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker attacks through the "Site Blindado" seal.
II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer can use this service to resolve any doubts, requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be contacted by phone or through the website's contact form.
III. Delivery Policy: The delivery time for Products is informed during the purchase process, calculated in business days. Product deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
III.I – It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the product dimensions are suitable and that they comply with the spatial limitations of the elevators, doors, and corridors at the delivery location. Assembly or disassembly of the product, transport via stairs and/or through doors and windows, or delivery quotes will not be provided.
III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the address provided, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each attempt. It is essential that an authorized person, over 18 years of age and carrying identification, be present at the requested address to receive the merchandise and sign the delivery receipt. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the LoopsShop Distribution Center.
III.III – After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance payment, or prioritize delivery.
III.IV – The delivery time informed during the product purchase process takes into account stock availability, region, invoice issuance process, and product preparation time. LoopsShop 's system automatically sends email alerts to the Customer with each update to the order's delivery status.
III.V – The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.
III.VI – LoopsShop does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (example: hoisting the product through a window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address different from that on the DANFE (Brazilian tax invoice); deliver to a minor or without identification.
III.VII – LoopsShop is not responsible for the retention of goods at the SEFAZ (State Finance Secretariat) when this is due exclusively to pending issues of the client. Therefore, the client's presence at the tax office is necessary for the goods to be released, since in these cases information regarding releases and payments is only given to the interested parties.
IV. Right of withdrawal: The Customer will be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to LoopsShop in its original packaging with the manual and all its accessories.
IV.I – The Customer must request a return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the topic “cancel order”. The expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be covered by LoopsShop.
IV.II – After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, LoopsShop will verify if the aforementioned conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for a full refund of the purchase price.
IV.III – For purchases made with a credit card, the card issuer will be notified and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent statement, in a single payment, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The refund period and the collection of any remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value to the Customer's credit card by LoopsShop are the responsibility of the card issuer. In the event of future installments being charged by the card issuer, the Customer will not be burdened, since LoopsShop , as mentioned above, refunds the full value of the Product in a single payment, with the credit for the refund being granted in full by the card issuer on the billing statement following the month of cancellation.
IV.IV – For purchases paid with bank slip or direct debit, the refund will be made via bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's individual checking account. The CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) of the account holder is required.
